FIVE CONNECTED STAGES

A clear plan
for your book.

Every manuscript starts somewhere different. Your proposal adapts this sequence to your scope, formats and editorial needs.

01

Discuss your manuscript

We discuss the manuscript, reader, formats and what a successful release means to you.

02

Refine the manuscript

Complete the agreed editorial work before the book goes into production.

03

Design the reading experience

Develop the cover and interior together, with room for your review and approval.

04

Prepare the release

Check production files, edition details and listing information for the chosen route.

05

Publish & look ahead

Move through platform submission, then plan any agreed marketing or additional formats.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before you turn the page.

Do I need a finished manuscript?+

No. Tell us where you are now. A finished draft can move toward assessment and production; an idea or partial draft may need writing and editorial support first.

What does publishing support include?+

We agree on the scope based on your manuscript and publishing goals. It may include editorial review, formatting, cover production, ebook files, metadata and platform setup. Your written proposal identifies the deliverables.

How much will my project cost?+

Costs depend on manuscript length, editing needs, formats and services. The initial consultation is complimentary; paid work is quoted separately before you commit.

How long does publishing take?+

The schedule depends on manuscript readiness, revision rounds, production complexity and platform review. We agree on milestones after reviewing your project.

Are sales or bestseller rankings guaranteed?+

No. Publishing and marketing support do not guarantee sales, rankings, reviews or physical bookstore placement.

Who owns the book and publishing accounts?+

Ownership, licensing, account access, royalties and handover arrangements must be set out in your written agreement before work begins.
